LSC Shift Program
LSC Shift is a 6 week functional performance program built for busy schedules, shift workers, emergency services personnel and anyone wanting structured, repeatable training without spending hours at the gym.
Designed around 30-45 minute sessions, this program combines strength, conditioning, running development, optional swimming and work capacity training to improve overall fitness, resilience and real-world performance.
Each session is structured to be sustainable, effective and easy to apply around demanding work schedules, with both gym-based and minimal equipment options included throughout the program.
